Hi, Thank You for all you are doing. The following I have been sending to all the NGO’S, GO’S etc. in hopes that our Filters will help prevent outbreak of disease in Haiti.
Hi, I am writing to make you aware of Water Filtration Systems that provide Potable Water to 3,700 people daily.
The Systems can be Air-Lifted to specific sites and can operate for 30 days without the need to replenish consumables.
We have 2 Emergency Trailers available that can be shipped to Haiti within 72 Hours. The 12 ft Trailer is $28,000
and the 18 ft is $38,000. They can provide 15,000 Gallons per day.
The Retail price of systems that can provide clean water to 3,700 people per day is $104,600.
We are offering them to Relief Agencies for $79,500.

Technical Data and additional information is available at www.worldwatersolutions.com.

I have spoken with several Relief Agencies in Rural areas of Haiti who have told me they 'desperately need clean water'.
If you would like to purchase a system on their behalf we can make arrangements for you.
We work closely with 2 Non Profits Agencies, Water Without Borders and Haitian Peoples Support Project in Woodstock, NY.
I can be reached anytime at (914) 886-8505. Peace. Ed Koster, Coordinator US Sales.

Our Mission is to produce quick, quality, sustainable, cost-effective water treatment systems

In response to the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Haiti, Time Warner Cable today announced that all calls placed by our Digital Phone customers to that beleaguered island nation will be free. Both landline and cellular phones are included in the program, which will be retroactive to January 12 and continue until the end of February.

I am a third year student at CUNY Law School and an intern in the school’s Immigrant and Refugee Rights Clinic. A group of students in the Clinic is interested in assisting Haitians with obtaining TPS (Temporary Protected Status) visas. We are contacting you to see if Haitian-Americans United for Progress would be interested in hosting us to offer this free service to members of your community.

We are currently receiving training to assist Haitians with TPS applications and would work under the supervision of our clinic supervisors, who are practicing attorneys. All we would need from your organization would be assistance with publicizing the event and possibly a space to hold the event.

Please let me know if you would be interested or if there are other ways we as law students could assist your community. We are very sorry for the loss that you are experiencing as a result of the earthquake last week and we look forward to helping in this capacity.
