Medicaid Choice Education Project (MCEP)
MCEP provides Medicaid Choice education and enrollment assistance, education and enrollment workshops for Medicaid consumers and applicants.
Immigrant Health Care Access and Advocacy Collaborative
The Immigrant Health Care Access and Advocacy Collaborative promotes health access and engage in health advocacy on behalf of immigrant and refugee families, and achieve systemic change through enhanced advocacy, legal representation and litigation by the collaborative.
Infant Mortality Reduction Initiative
This program is designed to help reduce the rate of infant mortality in New York City, disseminate information about infant mortality, promote and improve awareness of services in the community and encourage client’s use/enrollment services. Health education workshops focusing on preconception health, nutrition, parenthood, infant and early childhood development, SIDS, shaken baby syndrome, injury prevention and domestic violence during pregnancy are conducted regularly.

My name is Sophie Henry and I work with a health and nutrition company named Yor Health. Due to the tragic events in Haiti, we would like to help raise money for Haitians who have suffered loss due to the earthquake. We are in the process of coordinating a fundraiser, and we are searching for organizations to sponsor our event.
